TY-PMF Polycrystalline Mullite Fiber Facing Block
Crafted from polycrystalline mullite fibers through a specialized shaping process, the TY-PMF1600 Facing Block delivers exceptional performance in high-temperature environments. The TY/PMF1600-100 series contains no organic or inorganic additives, offering excellent elasticity and flexibility. The TY/PMF1600-200 series, designed in a strip-combination format, incorporates a minimal amount of organic and inorganic additives to provide a defined degree of compressibility. With a maximum service temperature of 1600°C, this product is ideally suited for various industrial kilns and furnaces operating between 1300°C and 1600°C. Installation is simple, safe, and reliable: just apply the dedicated high-temperature adhesive evenly onto the furnace shell and the fiber surface, then press the block into place (with the fiber layer facing the hot side of the kiln).
