As a pioneer in China's refractory fiber industry, Mr. Cai Shunlong possesses profound technical expertise and outstanding management capabilities. He formerly served as Deputy Director of the National Industrial Ministry's Refractory Fiber Promotion and Application Station, where he led the development of the national key new product "Polycrystalline Mullite Fiber Composite Material," earning prestigious provincial and ministerial awards including the Zhejiang Province Science and Technology Progress Second Prize and the Light Industry Ministry's Excellence Award for Scientific Advancement. With two invention patents for special-shaped refractory fiber products and an award-winning research paper on polycrystalline mullite fiber applications, Mr. Cai continues to drive technological progress in the industry. Additionally, as an outstanding graduate of Shanghai Jiao Tong University's MBA Executive Program, he integrates advanced management concepts with technological innovation, leading Hongda to achieve breakthroughs in high-temperature materials.
